ONLINE Returns

Our policy lasts a maximum of 28 days. You must inform us no later than 14 days after purchase that you would like to return your product(s), you then have another another 14 days for the return to reach us/the designer it was purchased from, please email us at store@onlychildlondon.com with your proof of purchase and reason for return for instructions on how and where to return specific items as many of our stocked brands ship direct to customers.

If more than 28 days have gone by since your purchase and the return has not been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags (or other labelling) still attached and in tact. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept products that are sold as ‘vintage’, intimate or sanitary goods for example tights, underwear/swimwear etc. as well as any hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Discounted items are also final sale.


ONLINE Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should email us at store@onlychildlondon.com for applicable postal address(es) as our products are sent direct from designers from several locations. Please always include proof of purchase and reason for return and we recommend sending an image of the good to be returned to us by email prior to postage for proof of condition.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are included in the price of the purchase and are non-refundable up to £6.00. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Refunds will be issued via same method as original payment.

We suggest that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns custom charges so please ensure to label your package correctly if being returned from a different country from its original location.

We/the designer will receive your returned item and refunds can only be issued if the product has been received in the condition described.

ONLINE Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, please allow up to 21 days in case of unaccounted for delays in bank transfer times.

If paid by credit card, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only arrange to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@onlychildlondon.com to discuss the possibility of exchange.
